Build a faceless channel that survives the inauthentic-content policy — with honest naira RPM maths

A faceless YouTube system built around the rules YouTube actually enforces: eligibility, inauthentic content, AI disclosure, and real Nigerian RPM ranges.

Who this is for

  • People willing to publish twice a week for six months
  • Creators who already have a channel stuck at "not monetised" and want the diagnosis
  • Anyone who wants an asset rather than a salary, and understands the timeline

Who this is not for

  • Anyone planning to mass-produce 50 templated videos a week — that is the exact pattern being demonetised
  • People who need money this month; run the video course instead

What changes by the end

  1. You can pick a niche on RPM and advertiser-friendliness instead of on a guru's list
  2. You can tell whether a video idea is a policy risk before you spend a day producing it
  3. You know what 100,000 Nigerian views actually pays, so you stop guessing

Every Nigerian YouTube course sells the same fantasy: pick a niche, post 30 videos, collect dollars. The part they skip is the part that decides whether you get paid at all — the policy.

This course is built backwards from that. You learn what YouTube refuses to monetise first, then build a channel that avoids it, then do the growth work. It is slower to feel exciting and much faster to actually get paid.

Curriculum

  1. 01
    The honest maths first
    • 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours — and the 500-subscriber tier that does not pay ads

    • What that means per 100,000 views, after YouTube's cut
  2. 02
Choosing a niche on RPM, not vibes
    • Advertiser-friendly categories versus category-killers
    • The niche scorecard: RPM × competition × your stamina
    • Why "AI tools" niches monetise badly and what to do about it
  3. 03
Scripting where the authorship is yours
    • Research → angle → script → AI assist, in that order
    • The prompts that improve a script and the ones that flatten it
    • Fact-checking rules for anything factual
  4. 04
    Production without a studio
    • Voice, visuals and editing on a laptop or phone
    • Where AI must not do the work
    • Thumbnail and title discipline
  5. 05
    The inauthentic-content policy explained
    • Mass-produced and templated content: where the line is
    • Reused content and image slideshows
    • AI personas restricted on finance, health, legal and political topics
  6. 06
    Disclosure
    • The altered or synthetic content toggle, and where to find it
    • Why disclosing does not hurt reach
    • What to write in the description
  7. 07
The 90-day plan and the diagnosis
    • A calendar you can actually keep at two uploads a week
    • Why your channel says "not monetised" — a diagnostic flow
    • When to keep going and when to kill the channel

What you get

  • Monetisation eligibility checklist
  • Niche scorecard spreadsheet
  • 90-day content calendar template
  • Policy cheat-sheet (updated for 2026)

Questions

Can AI videos be monetised on YouTube?

Yes. AI is not banned. Mass-produced, templated and low-effort repetitive content is what gets refused — the rule is about originality and effort, not about which tool you used.

How much does YouTube pay per 1,000 views in Nigeria?

Roughly $1–$3 RPM on monetised views, which is well below US rates. The course walks through what that means per 100,000 views before you commit six months.

Do I have to disclose that I used AI?

Disclosure is required for realistic altered or synthetic content. Turning the toggle on does not suppress reach. Module 6 shows the exact setting.

How long until I am monetised?

At two uploads a week with a decent niche, six to twelve months is realistic. Anyone promising six weeks is selling you something else.
